Terms of Service

1. What OvenPost is

OvenPost ("we", "us") is a web platform at app.ovenpost.com that generates social-media content — text, images, audio and video — using artificial intelligence, based on the inputs you provide. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a working email address and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; we may close duplicate or automated accounts.

3. Credits and payments

Some features are free with daily limits; others cost credits. New accounts receive bonus credits at no charge. During early access, paid credit packs are not yet on sale; when they launch, prices will be shown at the time of purchase. If a generation fails on our side, the credits it consumed are automatically returned. Purchased credits are non-transferable. Refunds for purchased packs: unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase on request at [email protected].

4. Your content

What you upload stays yours. You keep all rights to photos, text and other material you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to generate your requested content and operate the service.

What we generate is yours to use. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use content you generate on OvenPost for personal or commercial purposes. Free-tier outputs may carry an OvenPost watermark.

5. Rules of use

You agree not to use OvenPost to create or distribute content that: is illegal where you or your audience live; impersonates a real person without their consent (including uploading someone else's photo to animate or clone without permission); infringes copyright or trademark; is sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities); promotes violence or hatred against people; or is designed to deceive (fake documents, fraudulent reviews, scams). We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Likeness and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you clear permission. Features that animate or voice a person's likeness must only be used with that person's consent. You are responsible for having that consent.

7. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, biased or similar to other AI output. Review everything before you publish it. OvenPost does not verify factual claims in generated content; you are the publisher of what you post. Disclose AI generation where the platform you post to requires it.

8. Service availability

OvenPost is provided "as is" during early access. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or be withdrawn. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing.

9. Termination

You can delete your account any time by emailing [email protected] — we delete your uploads and generated files within 30 days. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with unused purchased credits refunded unless the violation involves fraud or Section 5 content.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Governing law: India. Questions: [email protected].
